What is Digital Dictation?

Dictation is sent to a remote computer via email as a sound file. The file is then typed and the documents returned to your desktop via email.

How it works?

Dictation is recorded in the normal manner onto a Digital Dictaphone. The dictation is then simply downloaded onto the computer using the USB cable provided. The file is then emailed to Transcribe with the relevant instructions. An automatic email is returned to the customer from Transcribe confirming safe receipt of the file. The typed document is returned to the customer within the agreed timeframe.
